De L’Europe’s Executive Chef Richard van Oostenbrugge is responsible for each of the restaurants, lounges, and seven private dining rooms. Chef Richard’s extensive resumé traces his career from Gstaad, Switzerland to his most recent stint at Restaurant Envy on the Prinsengracht in Amsterdam. Excited about his demanding position overseeing every morsel served from the various restaurant kitchens, Chef Richard notes "With a selection of restaurants here, there is a lot of room for my personal interpretation at different levels, from fine to casual dining. As a globally known destination, we must also please both our local patrons and overnight guests. It’s an exciting challenge."
